The Models We Use

Nugget AI integrates with leading state-of-the-art large language models to transcribe your interviews, extract insights, and surface the "nuggets" that matter most to your team. We work with the following AI service providers:

• OpenAI — GPT family models
• Anthropic — Claude family models
• Google — Gemini family models

We continuously evaluate and adopt the latest frontier models so that the quality of insights you get from Nugget AI keeps improving over time.

Your Data Is Never Used For Training

We have explicitly opted out of model training with every AI provider we use. That means OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and any other model providers we work with are contractually prohibited from using your interview content, transcripts, or any data you send through Nugget AI to train, fine-tune, or improve their models.

Your interviews are processed solely to generate the transcripts and insights you see inside Nugget AI—and nothing else.
