Information We Collect

We only collect what is necessary to power real-time transcription, insights, and collaboration between your product team and Nugget AI.

Interview Content & Transcripts: Audio, video, and chat transcripts you upload or record through Nugget AI.
Account & Billing Details: Name, email, plan selection, and payment metadata necessary to manage subscriptions.
Usage & Performance Data: Feature interactions, error logs, and uptime metrics handled via analytics providers.
Third-Party Integrations: Metadata we import from tools like Zoom, Linear, or Google Workspace when you enable those connections.

How We Use It

To generate live transcripts, extract "nuggets," and surface insights within our product interface.
To keep your workspace synced across teammates, integrations, and billing systems.
To prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve the reliability of Nugget AI.
To comply with requests from law enforcement or in response to legal process when required by law.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the minimal set of third-party processors that help run the service—think transcription engines, payment processors, and analytics providers. All have contractual obligations to protect your data.

If you invite teammates, we share your workspace content with them so you can collaborate. You control who has access and can delete the workspace at any time.

Retention & Security

We retain transcripts and insights for as long as your account is active and up to 90 days after cancellation unless you request earlier deletion. Backups and archives are encrypted at rest and protected with industry-standard safeguards.

Security reviews and penetration tests run regularly, and we rotate keys/tokens with every deploy. Still have concerns? Contact security@nugget.ai

Your Choices

Access: Request a copy of your workspace data by emailing hello@nugget.ai.
Deletion: Delete your account and all stored transcripts in Settings or by writing to hello@nugget.ai.
Marketing: Opt out of promotional emails through the link in any marketing message.

International Transfers and Changes

We operate globally, so your data may travel across borders to our service providers' servers. We take appropriate safeguards wherever the law requires them. We may update this policy occasionally; we will notify you by email or in-product when material changes occur.
