These terms explain what you can expect from Nugget AI and what we expect from you when capturing, analyzing, and sharing customer insights.

By accessing nugget.ai or the Nugget AI workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the organization signing up for the service.

Accounts & Billing

Your subscription starts once payment succeeds. We bill monthly at the rate shown during signup and automatically renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; your access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

  • Need a refund? Contact hello@nugget.ai within 14 days of the purchase date and include your workspace name.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk, though we will notify you first when feasible.

Usage Guidelines

You may only use Nugget AI to process your own customer interviews, support conversations, or other data you are authorized to share. Always comply with applicable privacy laws and obtain consent from the people you record.

Do not use Nugget AI to impersonate others, harass anyone, or inject malware. Automated abuse of our API or brute-force attacks will get your workspace blocked.

Content & Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to the interviews, transcripts, and insights you upload. We only store copies necessary to deliver the service.
  • Nugget AI may display anonymized snippets (like quotes) in marketing materials only with explicit permission.
  • We may monitor usage to enforce these terms and to improve system performance.

Support & Updates

We offer email support through hello@nugget.ai, and we push product updates automatically. Feature availability may change as we iterate.

Termination & Liability

If either party breaches these terms, the other party can terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your data is deleted after 30 days unless you request export.

Our maximum liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months. We are not liable for lost profits or lost data.

Updates & Governing Law

We may update these terms occasionally. Major changes will be communicated by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after the notice means you accept the new terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Alabama without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
